This highly prized Oolong originates from the Nantou region of Taiwan. Once steeped the lightly oxidised leaves gradually unfurl to release their essential oils. The infusion is bright, smooth and fruity.
Delicious enjoyed without milk.
This oolong is best enjoyed using freshly drawn water boiled water left to cool for 2 minutes.
Good for multiple infusions.
