This meticulously hand crafted bamboo Matcha Scoop or Chashaku, is the traditional tool to make an authentic matcha brew.
Traditional Brewing Guide
Warm your matcha bowl by adding a little hot water then discard.
Add 2 bamboo scoops / 1 teaspoon, of Tiosk Organic Matcha to 100ml freshly drawn boiled water left to cool for 2 minutes / 80°C.
Whisk in a W or zigzag shape, breaking up any lumps, until the mixture forms a frothy lather.
Enjoy straight from the bowl.
