Milk Oolong folklore says that this beautiful tea came about when the moon fell in love with a comet. The comet passed her by (as comets do...). The moon cried milky tears which fell upon the tea fields, withering the tea leaves and giving them the delicate creaminess that is inherent in a Milk Oolong. The bright, velvety smooth infusion has a naturally sweet milky flavour with hints of caramel.
Silver Needle This revered white tea is traditionally produced by the imperial plucking method performed at dawn on just two days of the year. The beautiful fine silvery buds produce a champagne coloured infusion that is light and bright with a delicate, naturally sweet flavour.
Gyokuro is regarded as Japans most premium green tea. Tea bushes are shaded from the sun causing nutrients to intensify. Packed with chlorophyll, the infusion has a mesmerising neon glow with a mild fresh flavour that is both sweet and savoury.
