This revered white tea is traditionally produced by the imperial plucking method performed at dawn on just two days of the year. The beautiful fine silvery buds produce a champagne coloured infusion that is light and bright with a delicate, naturally sweet flavour.

White tea is delicate - to bring out the smooth complex flavours and avoid bitterness, use freshly drawn boiled water left to cool for 2 minutes.
