An authentic delicate white tea from the Fujian Province of Eastern China. The silvery buds and the first two shoots are plucked and scattered in the sun to dry naturally. The infusion is light, refreshing and full of soft fruit flavours.
Delicious enjoyed without milk.
White tea is delicate - to bring out the smooth complex flavours and avoid bitterness, use freshly drawn boiled water left to cool for 2 minutes.
